SecureLink® Quickstart Pricing

Designed for companies with basic needs, the SecureLink Quickstart package is just $5,000 and includes all hardware, software, implementation and support services for one year.

Your SecureLink remote support network can run on a SecureLink-provided appliance in your DMZ, or we'll host one for you in our data center at no additional cost.

If you prefer, you can run SecureLink in a virtual machine, which reduces the Quickstart package price by $1,000 (to just $4,000).

Also included in the Quickstart package is an unlimited one-year software subscription and full implementation, training and support.

After the first year, the monthly subscription is $100 per concurrent connection, including all software, maintenance, support, upgrades and a dedicated Account Manager. There is a minimum subscription of four concurrent connections or $400 per month.

There are no limits on named accounts or anything else. You pay only for what you use.

Not sure how many concurrent connections you'll need? No problem. The first year is an unlimited license, so you'll know exactly what to budget for in year two. Contact us for a utilization estimate based on similar SecureLink customers.

To calculate concurrent utilization, we take the average weekly high concurrency for the quarter. So, you're not punished for having a spike in utilization during an upgrade cycle or other unusual event.

The Quickstart program is NOT a long-term contract, it's an automatically renewing 90-day term that you can cancel at any time.

Our success is aligned with yours: if you're not successful, we're not successful.

You can pay the entire balance up front, or we'll invoice you quarterly with four invoices of 25% each.

To get started, just download the Quickstart quote form, select your hardware and payment options and return to SecureLink.
