There are two assessments that measure your suitability: aptitude and personality. These assessments take about 30 minutes to complete; considering how many hours you’ll spend at a job, this is a great investment of your time. 100% of candidates who interview and employees among our ranks, at all jobs, at every level, from interns to our executive team, have taken these assessments.

You can expect to meet with members of the team who would be your peers, as well as team leaders and leaders across the organization. Of course, every interview is structured a little differently based on the role. If there’s anything unique you need to prepare in advance, our team will let you know.
Our goal is to get back to you with an update 5-7 business days after the final interview. Of course, sometimes there are circumstances that can delay communication as much as we try to avoid that. We believe that you should be able to take off the time that you need, when you need it, and provide you with flexible time off from work for whatever is important to you. Unlimited PTO can be used for vacations, sick leave, and other needs such as bereavement, jury or witness duty, or time spent supporting philanthropic endeavors. Unlimited doesn’t mean no planning, no reporting, or no vacation: simply put, you request PTO when you need or want to take it and we balance those requests with those of your teammates and the needs of the business.
