SecureLink would like to introduce our Employee Spotlight Series. Each article in the series will profile a different employee and give readers a behind-the-screens look at our SecureLink team. We’re excited to start the spotlight series with a rockstar, Carrie Phillips.
Carrie’s role at SecureLink has evolved over the years, but her primary focus has always been to understand customer goals and design plans for success. Now a Technical Account Manager, Carrie works directly with users to explain key functionality, provide new feature training, and offer practical and effective utilization strategies. Carrie loves building relationships with customers and she will marshal any technical resources necessary to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.

I like to think of a SecureLink purchase as a partnership, and working together to get an issue resolved is very rewarding.
I majored in Theater in college.
I wanted to be an actress when I was younger — but fell in love with technology (and software development) as an adult.
I am the family historian so I have pictures of my grandparents, my parents, my siblings, my kids, and all the kids that I have coached throughout the years. I have some digital and some hard copy — but all are irreplaceable.
