BeyondTrust’s remote support software (formally Bomgar) was initially built as an internal help desk tool and it wasn’t built specifically to provide unattended, external remote support. So while their remote support product functions well as a help desk tool, it falls short in providing customers with the control and visibility they require with unattended support.
