 Third-Party Vendor Training

This training path for third-party vendors who support an enterprise organization. This will show users the basics of using SecureLink, as well as how to connect to a host and services for support. Topics included in this training:

 Enterprise Admin Training

This training path is created for setting up applications, vendors, and managing vendor remote access. Topics included in this training:

  • Getting started with Gateways and Gatekeepers
  • Creating vendors, applications, and hosts
  • System configuration and administration
  • Vendor management and workflow tools
  • Nexus vendor configuration and management

 Enterprise Non-Admin Training

This training path offers insights into the basics of SecureLink and was created for application owners and auditors, but also can be for beneficial for other users. Topics included in this training:

  • Introduction to SecureLink
  • Getting signed in to the platform
  • Requesting and approving access to applications
  • Viewing audit

 Gatekeeper User Training

This training is meant for an enterprise organization that is being supported by a technology vendor that manages the Gatekeeper. Topics included in this training:

  • Getting started with the Gatekeeper and your user accounts
  • Managing the Gatekeeper and your vendors’ access
  • Viewing vendor audit

 SecureLink Admin Training

This training path is meant for a manager of support reps. Topics included:

  • System configuration and administration
