Two-Factor Authentication

Security begins with protecting access. Each individual technician must be authenticated for each connection with SecureLink’s unique two-factor authentication methodology.

This method requires the presentation of two independent authentication factors. For example, (1) an authorized email address and password, (2) a unique access key emailed directly to the user.

This second factor of authentication ensures the technician is still employed by the vendor, since a typical policy is to immediately remove a terminated employee from corporate email access.

LDAP / Active Directory

SecureLink can be integrated with Active Directory/LDAP to help authenticate and authorize specified user access.
